What began as two separate industrial units was expertly transformed by Chamberlain Contracts into a high-performance gym for Iceni Fitness. By removing a non-structural dividing wall, we created a seamless, open-plan space tailored to the needs of a modern fitness facility.

Despite a tight programme and the coordination of multiple trades, the project was delivered successfully for a valued client. The entire design and build process was managed in-house, ensuring quality, efficiency and a smooth delivery from start to finish.
